SHIPPING INFORMATION

How much will shipping cost me?

Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight and size of the items in your order. To work out your shipping costs online simply add the items

you wish to order to your cart, proceed to step 2 and fill out your shipping address, then proceed to step 3 to see your total.

In step 3 you can also see how much it will cost you to ship with other ship methods than the one selected.

Remember any orders totalling $200 will receive free shipping.
 

Can I track my shipment?

All Australian domestic and International orders will have tracking numbers. If you require and further follow ups please contact our office on 0447774447.
 

Can you ship to overseas addresses?

We ship worldwide online via www.maxliftaustralia.com website, to find out cost please enter in your address details during the order process and a cost will be generated.
 

Can you ship to my P.O. Box?

Unfortunately we no longer ship to P.O. boxes. However, we can ship orders directly to your home or business.
 

How long will it take my order to ship?

If you have received a shipping confirmation email then your order has been shipped from our warehouse,

for local and interstate Australia 1 – 5 days, for international orders 8 – 12 days.

RETURNS INFORMATION

What is your policy on returns?

 

At Maxlift Australia we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or credit.

                     When sending returns back please indicate what you are returning and the reason why.

       In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please include your name, email address and invoice number with the goods and let us know if you require an exchange or credit. 

All returns must be made within 10 working days of the invoice date with a copy of the original invoice, otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.

The cost for returning faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be reimbursed upon proof of receipt. 

 

 

Returns Authorisation

    Maxlift Australia has a strict Returns Authorisation policy on all returns. If you would like to return your order for exchange or credit, please email maxliftaus@gmail.com and provide

your name, order number or invoice number. All returns that come back to us without with incomplete paper work will be returned to sender.


The item I received was defective or incorrect. Do I have to pay to ship it back to you?

If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Please send the item back and include your receipt with the return.

I sent back a return, but haven't heard anything back.

Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email. Check your spam folder to make sure

the notification didn't get marked as spam.

       Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at prices effective at time of invoicing. Maxlift Australia reserves the right to change or discontinue styles,

colours, sizes or fabrics.

Exchanges

All exchanges must be made within 10 working days of the invoice date. We recommend viewing Maxlift Australia products at a showroom or buying samples prior to making

final production orders.

Placing Orders and Shipping Information

Most in stock credit-approved orders for standard delivery placed before 1:00 pm will be shipped on the same day. If you have received a shipping confirmation email then your

order has been shipped from our warehouse, for local and interstate Australia 1 – 5 days, for international orders 8 – 12 days.

Payments can be made online and will go through secure payment process before being shipped.
